I LOVE white button down tops. I use them all the time and upcycle often. Easy to find at local resale, parent donations, etc. For this top, I created an adorable ruffle collar and it was 1, 2, 3 simple!

  1. Take a button down top.

  2. Cut off the collar at the seam.

  3. Add white ruffle binding.

This is simple circle skirt that I use again and agin in shows…it’s a workhorse. Long or short….more ruffles less ruffles, trim not trim. The options are endless. I don’t typically use a pattern to make these, but here is a good one if needed Circle  Skirt Pattern.

The vest pattern is s versatile pattern. I use it in the traditional sense, but also as the base for dresses. It’s so easy to extend the length of vest and add ruffles for this show specifically. I have 2 patterns I use again and again:
